Hugo City Council Minutes for April 19, 2010 <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />worked very closely with Tri Fitness and Sarah's two friends to prepare for the race which <br />includes a Special Event Permit for use of Lions Park and the Hardwood Creek trail. Elena <br />Reicher was at the meeting with several of Sarah's friends and Sarah's mom to show support for <br />the Special Event Permit and to raise public awareness about the event. Elena stated that all the <br />proceeds would go to a scholarship fund for Sarah's son Michael. <br />Weidt made motion, Petryk seconded, to recommend approval of the Special Event Permit for <br />the lst Annual Sarah's Daisy Dash 5K Fun Run as well as the half -mile Kids Race scheduled for <br />Saturday, June 5, 2010. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Donations can be sent to P.O. Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Summary Ordinance for Publication of the Underground Utilities Ordinance <br />At it's April 5, 2010 meeting, the Council held a public hearing on the Underground Utilities <br />Ordinance, which was unanimously approved by Council. Staff prepared a summary ordinance <br />for publication of the Underground Utilities Ordinance.
