Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Public Works Director Scott Anderson. Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Mike Loeffler Mike Loeffler was hired a maintenance workers for the City of Hugo's Public Works Department on August 5, 2002. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Public Works Worker Mike Loeffler. Approve Pay Request No. 1 from Gencon Construction for Construction of Hanifl Fields Parks Shelter City staff received Pay Request No. 1 from Gencon Construction for work completed to date on the construction of the Hanifl Fields Athletic Park shelter. Public Works Director Scott Anderson and Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff have reviewed the pay request and found it to be satisfactory for work completed to date on the project. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 1 from Gencon Construction for work completed to date on the construction the Hanifl Fields Athletic Park shelter in the amount of $13,796.85. Approve Lawful Gambling Permit for Michele Anderson Benefit on September 18, 2010 at the Hugo American Legion The City of Hugo received an application for a lawful gambling permit for a benefit for Hugo resident Michele Anderson who was injured on July 5, 2010 in a motorcycle accident. All the proceeds from the benefit will help the family with medical expenses. Staff has reviewed the Lawful Gambling Permit and found it to be satisfactorily complete. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Lawful Gambling Permit for the Michele Anderson Benefit, which will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at the Hugo American Legion Approve Pay Request No. 5 from Arnt Construction for South Egg Lake Street Reconstruction Proiect The City of Hugo received Pay Request No. 5 from Arnt Construction for the South Egg Lake Street reconstruction project. Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff has reviewed the Pay Request and found it to be satisfactory for work completed to date on the project. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 5 from Arnt Construction for work completed to date on the South Egg Lake Street Reconstruction project in the amount of $105,198.29.
