All Ayes. Motion carried. Approval of Claims Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. Approve Resolution Suspending Fees for Dog Licensing to Allow Reduced Fees to be Set for Pet Vaccination Day and Spay and Neuter Day At its August 16, 2010 meeting, the City Council heard a presentation from City Planner Rachel Simone who shared with Council the meetings that have been held with representatives from P.A.W.S. Pet Hospital and Lake Animal Hospital for a Vaccination Day and Spay and Neutering Day. After discussion, Council agreed to suspend fees established on the fee schedule for dog licensing for both days to allow the City to offer reduced fees. As per state statute, the Hugo City Council must approve a resolution thereby formally suspending those fees. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2010- 40 TEMPORARILY SUSPENDING DOG LICENSING FEES ON PET VACCINATION DAY AND SPAY AND NUETERING DAY. Approve Saturday. October 2. 2010 for Fall Citv Cleanup Da After success of the April 24, 2010 Spring Cleanup Day, Staff was directed to schedule a Fall Cleanup Day, which would be the City's first year with both a spring and fall cleanup day. Staff has scheduled Saturday, October 2, 2010 for the City of Hugo's Fall Cleanup Day to be held at the Public Works facility from 8 a.m. until noon. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved October 2, 2010 as the City of Hugo's Fall Cleanup Day.
