Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for December 6, 2010 <br />Page 9 of 9 <br />Discussion on Rescheduling of December 9, 2010 I-35 WE Coalition Meeting <br />Several months ago, the City of Hugo hosted the I-35 W/E Coalition meeting after which a <br />decision was made by the members to schedule another meeting before the end of the year. <br />Staff has contacted members of the Coalition and note that only a few of the members would be <br />able to attend the meeting, which was scheduled for Thursday, December 9, 2010. <br />Miron made motion, Weidt seconded, to direct staff to reschedule the I-35 W/E Coalition <br />meeting for a date later January, 2011. <br />All ayes. Motion carried. <br />Update on Yellow Ribbon Network <br />Councilmember Haas added this item to the agenda as a reminder that Sergeant John Kriesel will be <br />speaking at the Forest Lake High School on Monday, December 13, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Sergeant <br />Kriesel lost both his legs while at war in Iraq. He will also be doing a book signing on his book <br />"Still Standing". Culvers Restaurant will be donating 10% of the profits from that day to the Yellow <br />Ribbon Network. <br />Adiournment <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn at 10:00 pm. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Michele Lindau <br />City Clerk <br />
