Renner & Son, Inc. for Well No. 6 Approve Solicitation for Quotes for Minor Ditch Maintenance for Judicial Ditch 2 Approve Pay Request No. 8 from Arnt Construction for South Egg Lake Street Project All Ayes. Motion carried. Approval of Claims Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. Approve Pay Request No. 2 from Greystone Construction for Salt Storage Building The City of Hugo has received Pay Request No. 2 from Greystone Construction for the construction of the salt storage building at the City's Public Works Facility. Public Works Director Scott Anderson has reviewed the pay request and found it to be satisfactory for work completed to date on the project. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 2 from Greystone Construction in the amount of $54,815 for construction of the salt storage building. Approve Resolution for Renewal of 2011 Liquor Licenses and Related Licenses Each year, the City Clerk's office prepares application packets for businesses seeking the renewal of liquor licenses, tobacco licenses and game licenses. Staff has prepared the annual renewal list, which includes certificates of liability insurance, payment of all required fees and taxes, and completion of application materials. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2010-60 APPROVING 2011 LIQUOR LICENSES & RELATED LICENSES. Approve 2011 Licenses for Refuse Haulers The City has seven refuse haulers who provide refuse collection and recycling services. Licenses will be issued to these haulers upon receipt of the $165 annual licensing fee and proof of insurance. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the issuance of 2011 refuse haulers licenses to: Maroney's Sanitation; Ace Solid Waste; MN Waste Management; SRC, Inc.; Gene's Disposal; Allied Waste Services; and Walters Recycling and Refuse.
