Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Off -Sale 3.2 Beer License for Festival Foods <br />The City of Hugo has received an application from Festival Foods for an off -sale 3.2 beer license <br />in order to sell beer in its grocery store. City staff has reviewed the application and received a <br />successful background investigation by the Washington County's Sheriffs Department and the <br />required liability insurance coverage. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the application <br />from Festival Foods for an off -sale 3.2 beer license to sell beer in its grocery store. <br />Approve Cost -Share Agreement for Urban Stormwater Remediation Project <br />Water Resource Engineer Pete Willenbring has been working with the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District to develop a cooperative agreement that will allow for the development of storm water <br />
