MINUTES FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF MARCH 17, 2008 <br />Acting Mayor Becky Petryk called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Haas, Petryk, Puleo <br />ABSENT: Granger, Miron <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mike Ericson, Assistant City Attorney Nick Vivian, City <br />Engineer Jay Kennedy, Public Works Director Chris Petree, and City Clerk Michele Lindau <br />APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES FOR FEBRUARY 25, 2008 ON <br />THE PROPOSED STREET ASSESSMENT POLICY <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the minutes for the February 25, 2008 meeting <br />held as a public hearing for the proposed Street Assessment Policy as presented. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />APPROVE MINUTES FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF MARCH 3, 2008 <br />Haas made motion, Puleo seconded, to approve the minutes for the March 3, 2008 meeting as <br />presented. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />APPROVE MINUTES OF WASHINGTON COUNTY TAC 7-8-9 OPEN HOUSE ON <br />MARCH 5, 2008 <br />Haas made motion, Puleo seconded, to approve minutes for the March 5, 2008 TAC 7-8-9 Open <br />House as presented. <br />All Aye. Motion carried. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the agenda for March 17, 2008 as amended by <br />adding the four items: <br />Add H.2 - MN Department of Transportation Cooperative Agreement Report <br />Add K.1 - Senate File 3690 Bill Regarding Wetland Management Areas and Hunting <br />Add L. 3 - April 1-12, 2008 SWAT Training Exercise at the Rice Lake Park Building <br />Add K.2 - Longest Married Couple in the World Clarence and Mayme Vail - Guinness Book of <br />World Records <br />All aye.
