Rochelle was in attendance with her family as well as Troop Leader Pam Frink who has
been her leader since second grade. Rochelle explained she had built 25 Bluebird houses, which were
located at three different Hugo parks, in addition to constructing 25 Bluebird house kits for others to
build houses. Mayor Fran Miron publicly recognized Rochelle and publicly thanked her for her
dedication and commitment to the Girl Scouts of America and presented her with a certificate of
recognition for earning her Girl Scout Gold Award.
