Deciduous shrubs shall be a <br />minimum 3 -gallon pot and Coniferous shrubs shall be a minimum 5 -gallon <br />pot. <br />s. All lighting on the private drive must be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Engineer to ensure public safety standards are met. <br />t. The landscape plans must be revised to show the location of all existing trees in <br />the CSAH 8 right-of-way to ensure that new plantings and trail connections do <br />not conflict. <br />Miscellaneous <br />u. Approval is contingent upon approval of the wetland mitigation/replacement plan. <br />v. The developer must comply with all conditions outlined in the City Engineer's <br />memo dated July 31, 2012. <br />w. The developer must comply with all conditions outlined in the Washington County <br />memo dated July 24, 2012. <br />x. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, county, state, and federal permits. <br />y. Written approval from Xcel for the parking lot encroachments into the existing <br />easement area shall be submitted to the City. <br />z.
