The approach to the Fable Hill Bridge located within the Fable Hills development shall <br />be reconstructed to standards approved by the City Engineer no later than September 15, <br />2011. <br />10. The 5 lots shall be added as part of the Fable Hills Home Owners Association (HOA). <br />The HOA documents shall be submitted prior to the Final Plat being recorded. <br />11. Any subsequent phase of development shall include applications for preliminary plat and <br />PUD amendment and shall include all remaining land within the development.
