Prior to the issuance of any building permits, the developer must comply with the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The developer shall file the Final Plat and associated documents at Washington <br />County. Proof of recording must be provided to the City. These documents <br />include: <br />i. Articles of Incorporation of Victor Gardens Third Association <br />ii. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Victor Gardens <br />Third Association. <br />iii. Amendment to the Declaration of Easements (Signage, Roadway, Access— <br />North Village) <br />iv. Private Road, Easement And Maintenance Declaration <br />v. Trail Easement Documents. <br />vi. Sidewalk Easement Documents. <br />vii. Deed from the landowner to the City of Hugo for Outlot A and Outlot C, <br />Positive. <br />b. The applicant shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br />c. The applicant shall be responsible for all trunk infrastructure fees. <br />d.
