CITY OF HUGO <br />RESOLUTION 2008-12 <br />APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT FOR THE ROTTLUND COMPANY, INC. FOR <br />"VICTOR GARDENS NORTH VILLAGE 5TH ADDITION" ON PROPERTY <br />LOCATED NORTH OF ROSEMARY WAY AND EAST OF ELMCREST AVENUE <br />NORTH <br />WHEREAS, The Rottlund Company, Inc. has requested approval of a PUD Amendment <br />to allow construction of 72 townhome units on 12.74 -acre property legally described as <br />follows: <br />Outlot A, Victor Gardens North Village 2"d Addition, according to the <br />recorded plat thereof, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the PUD Amendment at a duly <br />called Public Meeting and recommends approval; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />request by The Rottlund Company, Inc. for a PUD Amendment, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. A PUD Amendment is approved to allow the creation of 72 townhomes in accordance <br />with the plans received by the City on March 7, 2008, except as amended by this <br />resolution. <br />2. Approval is contingent upon City Council approval of the requested preliminary plat. <br />3. The development shall be consistent with the Victor Gardens PUD concept plan <br />approvals (Resolution # 200047), and Victor Gardens North PUD approvals (2005- <br />05 and 2005-06), except as otherwise noted herein. <br />4. Development standards for the PUD shall be as indicated on the plans dated March 7, <br />2008, except as amended by this resolution. <br />5. Private driveways in front of the townhome garages shall be a minimum of 22 feet <br />long to accommodate parking. <br />6. No parking is permitted on the shared drives. <br />
