t <br />Resolution 2008-30 <br />• Page 2 <br />6. The developer must comply with all of the conditions outlined in the City Engineer's <br />memo dated June 10, 2008. <br />7. Prior to the release of the final plat for recording, the developer must comply with the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The developer must obtain all necessary stormwater management and WCA <br />permits from the City. <br />b. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br />8. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, the developer must comply with the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The developer shall file the Final Plat, Development Agreement and associated <br />documents at Washington County. Proof of recording must be provided to the <br />City. <br />b. The trail easement document shall be signed by the developer and recorded at <br />Washington County. <br />c. The developer shall submit a PUD final plan for review and final approval by City <br />staff in compliance with the following conditions: <br />L The plans must clearly identify how the mechanical equipment for the <br />townhomes will be screened. <br />ii. Building materials and architectural details shall be as shown on the plans <br />and according to the design palette submitted to the City. Building colors <br />and materials shall be harmonious throughout the development. <br />iii. All building elevations shall receive nearly equal treatment and visual <br />qualities. <br />iv. No adjacent home shall have the same front elevation colors. Materials shall <br />be consistent with the architectural plans and design palette previously <br />approved. <br />v. Private driveways in front of the townhome garages shall be a minimum of <br />22 feet long to accommodate parking. <br />d. The developer's architectural control committee (ARC) must review and approve <br />all building designs for compliance with this resolution and the development <br />standards for Victor Gardens. A written copy of the ARC approval shall be <br />submitted with the building permit application for each building. <br />
