The developer must submit additional details for the deck footings that will be <br />located within the pond itself for review and approval by the City Engineer. The <br />footing construction must be completed in a manner that will not result in any <br />filling of the pond. <br />c. The developer shall submit final plans that include storm sewer design details for <br />the design of the storm sewer structure adjacent to existing retaining wall. <br />Several portions of the existing storm sewer system will be removed and relocated <br />as part of the project. Final plans must be submitted for review and approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br />d. The plans shall be revised to update the existing grades along the trail located <br />along the southern edge of the proposed development to confirm the planned <br />emergency overflow to the south. City policy requires a minimum of 1.0 feet of <br />separation between the emergency overflow and the low floor elevation. Final <br />plans must be submitted for review and approval by the City Engineer. <br />8.
