RESOLUTION NO. 2007-53 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF HUGO, <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, REGARDING SANITARY SEWER <br />MAINTENANCE POLICY <br />WHEREAS, the City is served by a system of sanitary sewer improvements which include, <br />sanitary sewer lines and mains, lift stations and other related equipment; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to establish a routine and organize a policy to provide the City <br />of Hugo procedures for maintaining its sanitary sewers in order to assist and prevent sewer backup <br />into homes, businesses and the natural environment and to protect and extend the life of the City's <br />sanitary sewer system and the investment therein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that by the City Council of the City of Hugo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The attached policy is adopted until modified or rescinded. <br />WHEREUPON the following members voted in favor: Mike Granger, Chuck Haas, <br />Becky Petryk, Frank Puleo, and Fran Miron <br />WHEREUPON the following members voted against: NONE <br />This Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted and signed by the Mayor and City . <br />Council this 1 s'day of October, 2007. <br />i <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary reager, City Clerk 61 <br />
