Resolution 2006-15 <br />Page 2 <br />garage or driveway that would prevent the storage and parking of vehicles. Such <br />language shall also be included in the Developers Agreement. <br />10. The developer's architectural control committee (ARC) shall review and approve all <br />building designs for compliance with this resolution, prior to building permit <br />submittal. A written copy of the ARC approval shall be submitted with the building <br />permit application for each building. The City shall review the building architecture <br />for compliance with the approved plans prior to issuance of building permits. <br />11. Exterior lighting shall be consistent throughout the development. All lighting shall be <br />shielded to prevent glare and light trespass, as required by Section 1195.400 of the <br />City Code. <br />r2.
