Resolution 2006-21 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />8. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant must comply with the following <br />conditions: <br />a. A PUD final plan must be submitted for administrative review and approval by the City. <br />b. The final plat, development agreement and associated documents must be recorded at the <br />County. <br />c. The applicant shall provide copies of the development covenants for City review. A copy <br />of the covenants shall be filed with the final plat. <br />d. The developer shall submit association or covenant documents for review and approval <br />by the City attorney. <br />e. The association documents shall be drafted to prohibit the outside sale or storage of <br />merchandise, vehicles, equipment, or other items and include language to ensure that the <br />tenant are responsible for litter control from the premises and litter control is to occur on <br />a daily basis. <br />f. The developer's architectural control committee (ARC) shall review and approve all <br />building designs for compliance with this resolution, prior to building permit submittal. <br />A written copy of the ARC approval shall be submitted with the building permit <br />application for each building. The City shall review the building architecture for <br />compliance with the approved plans prior to issuance of building permits. <br />g.
