The development shall comply with the Fire Chiefs requirements regarding fire flow <br />calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections, and fire lane signage. <br />11. The developer shall comply with all conditions outlined in the City Engineer's memo dated <br />August 1, 2006. <br />12. The property is adjacent to CSAH 8, therefore, the developer must obtain preliminary plat <br />approval from Washington County and comply will all conditions of plat approval. <br />13.
