Resolvtign 2006-48 <br />Page 2 <br />a. The irrigation plan shall be revised to include a note that insures the sprinklers do not <br />spray onto any pavement. <br />b. The operations and easement agreement for Victor Gardens North shall be revised to <br />include the subject site. The revised document shall be submitted for review and <br />approval by the City Attorney. <br />c. The operations and easement agreement shall prohibit the outside sale or storage of <br />merchandise, vehicles, equipment, or other items and to ensure that the tenant are <br />responsible for litter control from the premises and litter control is to occur on a daily <br />basis. <br />d. The applicant shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br />e. The developer's architectural control committee (ARC) shall review and approve the <br />building design prior to building permit submittal. A written copy of the ARC approval <br />shall be submitted with the building permit application. The City shall review the <br />building architecture for compliance with the approved plans prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br />f. A building permit may be issued once the construction of the common improvements <br />(both public and private) which serve the lot have commenced. <br />11. All public improvements and private common improvements required of Victor Gardens <br />North Village 3`d Addition, which serve the subject lot, including the construction of Street A <br />and sidewalks, shall be tested and approved by the City prior to the issuance of a certificate <br />of occupancy on this site. <br />12. Site plan approval is required for the commercial development planned for Oudot A. No <br />development approvals are granted or implied. <br />13.
