Resolution 2005-33 <br />Page 2 <br />S. Driveways in front of the garages shall be a minimum of 22 feet in length to <br />accommodate vehicle parking, as shown on the plans. <br />6. Curb and gutter shall be provided on private drives. <br />7. Fences shall be prohibited around patios and in rear yards. <br />8. The buildings shall comply with the following: <br />a. The buildings shall be of high quality and constructed with durable materials. <br />Major exterior surfaces of all walls shall be vinyl siding or shake and brick or <br />stone. <br />b. Colors used shall be earth tones, such as soft gray, creamy white, pearl gray, shell <br />white, etc. <br />c. Garage doors must be staggered to break up the mass of the buildings. <br />9. All mechanical equipment shall be screened with materials compatible with the <br />building and project landscaping. <br />Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant must comply with the following <br />conditions: <br />10. The developer shall submit a design palette for entire project for City review and <br />approval. The palette shall include colors for siding, shakes, shutters, shingles, brick <br />and stone. Building colors and materials shall be harmonious throughout the <br />development. <br />11. The building elevations shall be revised to show building dimensions to insure <br />compliance with height requirements. <br />12. The building elevations shall be revised to add brick on the street -side elevations. <br />Some changes to the front elevations may be allowed to accommodate changes to the <br />street elevations. Revised plans shall be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br />13. No adjacent home shall have the same elevation colors. Materials shall be consistent <br />with the architectural plans and design palette required as part of the approvals. <br />14. The landscape plan shall be revised to comply with the grading plan and the <br />preliminary plat. The landscape plan must identify all the trees to be preserved and <br />the proposed tree plantings in the tree preservation areas must be relocated. <br />15. The landscape plan shall be revised to identify areas that are proposed to be seeded <br />and sodded. <br />
