L'V <br />Resolution 2005-37 <br />Page 4 <br />10. Miscellaneous <br />a. The applicant shall provide copies of the development covenants for review <br />and approval by the City Attorney. A copy of the covenants shall be filed <br />with the final plat. <br />b. The homeowner's association documents shall include language to ensure that <br />the enclosed garage spaces are maintained for vehicle parking and that <br />parking of snowmobiles, boats, RVs and other recreational vehicles in the <br />driveway is discouraged. The covenants shall be drafted to prohibit the <br />storage of anything in the garage or driveway that would prevent the storage <br />and parking of vehicles. Such language shall also be included in the <br />Developers Agreement. <br />c. The homeowner's association documents and sales information shall note that <br />the property to the north is zoned Agricultural (AG) and that the intent of this <br />district is to provide an area for the production of livestock, dairy animals, <br />dairy products, poultry or poultry products, fur -bearing animals, horticultural <br />or nursery stock, fruit, vegetables, forages, grains, timber, trees, or bees and <br />apiary products, and other uses dependent on the inherent productivity of the <br />land. <br />d. The developer's architectural control committee (ARC) shall review and <br />approve all building designs for compliance with this resolution, prior to <br />building permit submittal. A written copy of the ARC approval shall be <br />submitted with the building permit application for each building. The City <br />shall review the building architecture for compliance with the approved plans <br />prior to issuance of building permits. <br />e.
