Resolution 2004-38 <br />Page 2 <br />3, Development standards shall be according to the PUD general plan and preliminary <br />plat approvals granted by the City Council on May 17, 2004, and as may be amended. <br />The developer must comply with all conditions of approval. <br />4. The developer must obtain all necessary permits from Rice Creek Watershed District <br />and the City of Hugo. <br />5. The developer shall comply with all requirements from the City Engineer <br />6. Final utility plans and details must be submitted for review and approval by City staff <br />prior to release of final plat. <br />7. Final construction plans, including drainage documents, must be submitted for review <br />and approval by City staff prior to release of final plat. <br />8. Park dedication requirements for Diamond Point West 2°d Addition were met by the <br />land to be dedicated in Diamond Point East. <br />9. The developer shall work with the City to address potential trail locations within the <br />Diamond Point West and Diamond Point East developments. <br />10. The developer shall work with the City to finalize the construction schedule for <br />Goodview Avenue. The improvements shall be made by the developer at their cost as <br />outlined in the developer's agreement. <br />11.
