For pedestrian safety, the developer should consider installation of a fence or wall on <br />top of the retaining wall shown on Outlot B near Driveway J. <br />6. Pedestrian connections must be provided between the townhomes on Block 2 and the <br />planned commercial development. <br />7. The developer must obtain all necessary permits from Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />8. Utility plans and details must be submitted for review and approval by City staff prior <br />to release of the final plat. <br />9. Final construction plans, including drainage documents, must be submitted for review <br />and approval by City staff prior to release of the final plat. <br />10.
