Resolution 2003-20 <br />Page 4 <br />34. Park dedication shall be fees -in -lieu of land dedication. Payment of park dedication <br />for the 10 new lots shall be due prior to release of the final plat and shall be subject to <br />the park dedication policy in effect at that time. <br />Drainage/Stormwater Management <br />35. The applicant shall obtain approval of the land development plan by the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and the Department of Natural Resources, including the proposed <br />discharge into Bald Eagle Lake. <br />36. The City will reimburse the developer for the cost of increasing the size of the storm <br />sewer to 24 -inches and % of the cost of 122nd Street reconstruction. The cost of the <br />City participation should be based on the actual construction costs for the proposed <br />pipe upsizing and street replacement cost. The City participation shall not exceed the <br />$27,824.00 amount indicated in the cost participation calculation. <br />37. The applicant shall work with the City to finalize the alignment of the storm sewer <br />proposed in 122nd Street. <br />38. Easements must be provided over the infiltration ponds shown in the rear yards of <br />Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9. <br />39. The storm sewer easement needed for extension of the storm sewer outlet west of this <br />site must be shown on the site plan and preliminary plat. <br />40. The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining the 30 -foot easement required to <br />extend the storm sewer system to discharge into Bald Eagle Lake. <br />41. The minimum floor elevation shall comply with Section 1175-060.1 of the Hugo <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />42. Silt fence shall be provided in Bald Eagle Lake where the storm sewer outlet <br />construction is proposed. <br />43.
