Resolution 2003-34 <br />Page 2 <br />8. Sidewalks or trails shall be provided according the Park Commission <br />recommendation. <br />9. The developer shall provide details for landscaping, decorative street lighting and <br />signage. The information shall be submitted for City review prior to approval of the <br />final plat. <br />10. A master sign plan for the development shall be submitted for City review and <br />approval. <br />11. The right-of-way for all public streets shall be as indicated on the approved plans. <br />12. Public streets within the development shall be 30 feet in width (back to back). <br />13. The plat shall comply with the City's street naming system. <br />14. Cross access and maintenance agreements shall be recorded with the final plat for all <br />shared driveways. <br />15. The developer must obtain all necessary permits from Rice Creek Watershed District <br />and Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. <br />16. The development shall comply with the Fire Chief s requirements regarding fire flow <br />calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections, and fire lane <br />signage. <br />17.
