RESOLUTION 2003-35 <br />APPROVING A PUD GENERAL PLAN FOR EMMERICH DEVELOPMENT <br />CORPORATION FOR ,,°DIAMOND POINT EAST" AND "DIAMOND POINT <br />WEST" ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON BOTH SIDES OF GOODVIEW <br />AVENUE AND SOUTH OF 145m STREET <br />WHEREAS, Emmerich Development Corporation has requested approval of a PUD <br />general plan to allow construction of 175 homes on property legally described as follows: <br />And <br />The south half of the south half of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter <br />of Section 21, Township 31, Range 21 together with an easement over the north <br />33 feet of the east 1940 feet of the southwest quarter of Section 21, Township 31, <br />Range 21 for purposes of ingress and egress. <br />M1. <br />The southwest quarter of Section 21, Township 31, Range 21. <br />Government Lot 1, Section 20, Township 31, Range 21. <br />�b <br />Government Lot 2, Section 20, Township 31, Range 21, except the following 5 <br />parcels: <br />1. That part platted as Rice Lake Meadows. <br />2. That part platted as Rice Lake Meadows 2nd Addition. <br />3. That part platted as Rice Lake Meadows P Addition. <br />4. That part platted as Rice Lake Meadows 0 Addition. <br />5.
