Resolution 2002-11 <br />Page 2 <br />7. The pavement width shall be 30 feet measured back of curb to back of curb. <br />8. The maximum driveway curb cut width shall be 24 feet. <br />9. The developer shall construct the City trail between Lot 4, Block 2 and Lot 5, Block <br />3. The trail shall be constructed to City standards and shall be extended to the east <br />property line of Wilderness View. <br />10. The developer shall provide landscaping, in accordance with Section 1175-140.1, <br />Subd. 15 of the Zoning Ordinance. One deciduous overstory shade tree is required in <br />the front yard of each home site. <br />11. The developer must extend sewer and water to the east boundary of the Wilderness <br />View plat. <br />12. The developer should provide survey data adjacent to the pond outlet to verify that <br />the proposed system can discharge at the elevation indicated on the plans. <br />13. The developer must obtain all necessary permits from Rice Creek Watershed District <br />prior to final plat approval. <br />14. The lowest floor shall be at least two feet above the high water elevation of the storm <br />water pond and wetland. <br />15. A soil boring shall be provided for each lot at the time of building permit application. <br />16. Prior to recording the final plat, the developer shall pay the park dedication fees in <br />lieu of land dedication, pursuant to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of <br />recording the final plat. <br />17.
