The proposed development meets the intent of the PUD zoning district by creating an <br />integrated twinhome neighborhood and preservation of natural resources that that <br />would not otherwise be possible through a strict interpretation of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />5. The development would incorporate common design elements. The buildings would <br />have common design elements and landscape materials throughout the development. <br />6. There is adequate infrastructure to support the proposed rezoning and development. <br />The developer has proposed to provide a lift station north of 140`h Street to serve this <br />development. <br />7.
