Resolution 2002-39
Page 3
3. The proposed development meets the intent of the PUD zoning district by creating an
integrated neighborhood, lifecycle housing opportunities and preservation of natural
resources that that would not otherwise be possible through a strict interpretation of
the Zoning Ordinance.
4. The PUD would allow the developer to provide single family homes on smaller lots
in the eastern portion of the site to provide a transition between the townhomes on the
east and the larger single family home lots proposed in the western portion of this
site.
5. The development would incorporate common design elements. The buildings would
have common design elements and similar landscape materials would be used
throughout the development.
6. There is adequate infrastructure to support the proposed rezoning and development.
The developer has proposed to provide a lift station to serve this development and the
developer will be responsible for the full cost of the lift station construction.
ADOPTED by the City Council this P day of Augusj 2002.
F on, Mayor
ATTEST:
v
Mary reager, City Cle
