Resolution 2002-39 <br />Page 3 <br />3. The proposed development meets the intent of the PUD zoning district by creating an <br />integrated neighborhood, lifecycle housing opportunities and preservation of natural <br />resources that that would not otherwise be possible through a strict interpretation of <br />the Zoning Ordinance. <br />4. The PUD would allow the developer to provide single family homes on smaller lots <br />in the eastern portion of the site to provide a transition between the townhomes on the <br />east and the larger single family home lots proposed in the western portion of this <br />site. <br />5. The development would incorporate common design elements. The buildings would <br />have common design elements and similar landscape materials would be used <br />throughout the development. <br />6. There is adequate infrastructure to support the proposed rezoning and development. <br />The developer has proposed to provide a lift station to serve this development and the <br />developer will be responsible for the full cost of the lift station construction. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this P day of Augusj 2002. <br />F on, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />v <br />Mary reager, City Cle <br />
