RESOLUTION 2001- 2 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WHITE BEAR LAKE AREA SCHOOLS FOR TEMPORARY CLASSROOM BUILDINGS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14895 FRANCESCA AVENUE NORTH WHEREAS, White Bear Lake Area Schools has requested approval of a conditional use permit for temporary classroom buildings on property legally described as follows: Insert Legal Description WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly called public hearing and recommends approval of the conditional use permit, and; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the conditional use permit for White Bear Lake Area Schools on property located at 14895 Francesca Avenue North. The conditional use permit shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. A conditional use permit is approved for six temporary classroom buildings and one temporary support building (restrooms, storage, etc.) as indicated on the application and site plan received by the City on December 13, 2000. 2. The temporary classroom buildings shall be removed from the property if the school is vacated or by July 1, 2005, unless an extension is granted by the City Council. Prior to the City Council considering an extension, the Planning Commission shall review the application and provide a recommendation to the City Council 3. The applicant shall provide emergency vehicle access to the temporary classroom buildings as required by the fire code and the City's Fire Chief. The access drive shall be 20 feet wide and have a 7 -ton design. 4. The applicant shall obtain all necessary state and local permits, and said permits are not abrogated by the issuance of the conditional use permit. 5.
