RESOLUTION 2001- 2 <br />APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WHITE BEAR LAKE AREA <br />SCHOOLS FOR TEMPORARY CLASSROOM BUILDINGS ON PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 14895 FRANCESCA AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, White Bear Lake Area Schools has requested approval of a conditional use <br />permit for temporary classroom buildings on property legally described as follows: <br />Insert Legal Description <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly <br />called public hearing and recommends approval of the conditional use permit, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />conditional use permit for White Bear Lake Area Schools on property located at 14895 <br />Francesca Avenue North. The conditional use permit shall be subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. A conditional use permit is approved for six temporary classroom buildings and one <br />temporary support building (restrooms, storage, etc.) as indicated on the application <br />and site plan received by the City on December 13, 2000. <br />2. The temporary classroom buildings shall be removed from the property if the school <br />is vacated or by July 1, 2005, unless an extension is granted by the City Council. <br />Prior to the City Council considering an extension, the Planning Commission shall <br />review the application and provide a recommendation to the City Council <br />3. The applicant shall provide emergency vehicle access to the temporary classroom <br />buildings as required by the fire code and the City's Fire Chief. The access drive <br />shall be 20 feet wide and have a 7 -ton design. <br />4. The applicant shall obtain all necessary state and local permits, and said permits are <br />not abrogated by the issuance of the conditional use permit. <br />5. The conditional use permit is approved based on the finding that the temporary <br />classroom buildings comply with the standards provided in Section 8.8 c. of the <br />
