i <br />Resolution 2001- 36A <br />Page 2 <br />7. A temporary cul-de-sac or other approved turnaround shall be provided at the end of <br />Flay Avenue. <br />8. The applicant shall provide a connection to the private driveway easement located <br />west of the property to provide a secondary means of access for public safety <br />vehicles. A breakaway gate shall be installed at the end of the east/west road to <br />prevent residents from using this access drive. <br />9. The public roadways shall be 32 feet measured face to face of the curb. <br />10.
