Resolution 2001- 57 <br />Page 5 <br />Drainage/Stormwater Management <br />31. The lowest floor of the homes shall be a minimum of two feet above the 100 year <br />flood elevation as established by the City and Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />32. The Rice Creek Watershed District shall complete its review of the floodplain <br />impacts and storm water management plan prior to recording the final plat. <br />33. All homes and structures shall be set back a minimum of 100 feet from Clearwater <br />Creek. <br />34.
