RESOLUTION 2000 - 41 <br />APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DANIEL AND ELAINE <br />RAMBERG FOR HORSE TRAINING AND BOARDING FACILITIES FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5676 -170TH STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Daniel and Elaine Ramberg have requested approval of a conditional use <br />permit for horse training and boarding facilities on property legally described as follows: <br />Insert Legal Description <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public <br />meeting and recommends approval of the Conditional Use Permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />conditional use permit for Daniel and Elaine Ramberg on property located at 5676-170x' <br />Street North, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A conditional use permit is approved for horse training and boarding facilities, in <br />accordance with the plans and application received by the City on August 28, 2000. <br />2. The conditional use permit for the horse training and boarding facilities is in addition <br />to the existing conditional use permit for the rodeo and tack shop. Any ancillary <br />events or operations shall be directly related to the primary uses identified in the <br />conditional use permits. <br />3. The applicant shall obtain all necessary state and local permits, and said permits are <br />not abrogated by the issuance of the conditional use permit. <br />4. The number of horses boarded on the property shall not exceed 125 horses. <br />5. The conditional use permit shall be reviewed upon the subdivision or sale of any <br />parcels included as part of this conditional use permit. <br />6. Any public address system used in connection with the horse training and boarding <br />facilities shall be located and oriented in a manner to minimize noise pollution for <br />neighboring properties/occupants, and shall be operated in conformance with <br />Minnesota Noise Pollution Control Rules prescribed in a Guide to Noise Control in <br />
