r <br />Resolution 1990-41 <br />-2- <br />recommendation to the City Council, as a whole, with regard to <br />specifics of the complaint., and the recommended course of action by <br />said Council. <br />5. The City Code Enforcement Officer, City Administrator., and/or City <br />Attorney shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Committee, if <br />requested. <br />6. The Committee shall act in a responsible and equitable manner in its <br />review and handling of all complaints so as to insure the fair <br />enforcement of all City laws and ordinances. <br />7. All oral complaints filed with the City must be made directly to the <br />Committee chairperson (Mayor). <br />S.
