When booking room reservations one must consider <br />location, duration of stay and proximity to place <br />of business. Room rates can vary from $40.00 per <br />night to $125.00 per night. Employees shall book <br />reservations in advance at the most economical <br />rates available and should be prepared to justify <br />said rates. <br />5. The following is a guide for the purchase o <br />'f <br />' meals: <br />Breakfast - $6.00 maximum <br />Lunch - $8.00 maximum <br />Dinner - $15.00 maximum <br />«n <br />6. All expenses should be documented by receipts or <br />personal statements. <br />7. Personal advances for travel must be approved by <br />the City Administrator. <br />8. As a general rule the following can serve as a <br />guide in consiuering expenses while traveling at <br />the Cjty's expense " Spend the City's money as <br />conservatively as you spend your own". <br />G.
