Sheriff Hutton's changes were well received by <br />Council, and it was agreed that any concern(s) by either party will be forwarded for consideration. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Granger made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br />Approval of Claims <br />Approve Septic System Agreement with Washington County <br />Approve Mutual Aid Agreement with Capitol City Regional Firefighter Association <br />Approve Temporary On -Sale Liquor License for North Star Gay Rodeo Event on June 29, 2007 — <br />July 1, 2007 at the Dead Broke Arena <br />Approve Renewal of 2:00 am Closing for Ricci's <br />Approve Authorization to Submit Sealed Bid for Used Jetter from the City of Apple Valley <br />Approve Acceptance of Public Improvements for Northern Pines Subdivision <br />Approve Authorization to Draft an Amendment to the Residential Service Ordinance and to Hold a <br />Public Hearing <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the claims roster for March 5, 2007 as presented. <br />APPROVE SEPTIC SYSTEM AGREEMENT WITH WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />As Council is aware, Washington County Environmental Services (WCES) provides for the inspection <br />and approval of all septic systems in the City of Hugo. Staff has been working for the past several <br />months with officials from the WCES to update the formal septic system agreement with the City. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved a two-year agreement with Washington County for the <br />inspection and approval of all septic systems in the City. <br />APPROVE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT WITH CAPITOL CITY REGIONAL FIREFIGHTER <br />ASSOCIATION <br />The Hugo Fire Department received a copy of the newly revised bylaws of the Capitol City Regional <br />Firefighter Association, which replaced the old agreement that expired on January 1, 2007. The <br />agreement is identical to the old agreement, except for the name at the top of the pages. The mutual aid <br />agreement allows the HFD the ability to provide fire protection services beyond those that the HFD is <br />able to supply. Hugo firefighter Tony Bronk, secretary of the Capitol City Regional Firefighter <br />Association, requested Council take action on this item and recommends it for approval. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the mutual aid agreement with the Capitol City Regional <br />Firefighter Association as presented. <br />
