Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the claims roster for August 6, 2007 as presented. <br />APPROVE ON -SALE BEER LICENSE FOR EMBAJADORA HISPANIC RODEO ON <br />SEPTEMBER 2, 2007 <br />The City received an application for an on -sale beer license from the Embajadora Hispanic rodeo <br />scheduled for September 2, 2007 at the Woodloch Stables. City staff reviewed the application and found <br />it to be satisfactorily complete, along with the necessary liquor liability insurance. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved the on -sale beer license for the Embajardora Hispanic rodeo scheduled for <br />September 2, 2007 at the Woodloch Stables. <br />APPROVE PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT, VARIANCE, AND CUP FOR 16730 JEFFREY <br />AVE (WOLKERSTORFER) <br />Joseph and Marcia Wolkerstorfer at 16730 Jeffrey Avenue currently own four contiguous parcels. Three <br />of the parcels are under the 10 acre minimum lot size required in the Agricultural Zoning District, and <br />two parcels do not have the required 300 feet road frontage. The property line adjustment would result <br />in four parcels with two parcels less than 10 acres and one parcel with less than the required frontage. <br />Hugo City code states that where a property line adjustment causes properties to remain or become out <br />of compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, a variance is required. Therefore, the applicant is requesting <br />variances to allow a five acre parcel and a nine acre parcel and a variance to allow the 10 acre parcel <br />with no road frontage. The applicant is also requesting a conditional use permit to allow a shared <br />driveway to allow access to the 10 acre land locked parcel for construction of a new home. Adoption of <br />the Consent Agenda approved Resolution 2007-34 approving the property line adjustment, Resolution <br />2007-35 approving a variance from the road frontage requirements, and Resolution 2007-36 approving a <br />CUP to allow a shared driveway for Joe and Marcia Wolkerstorfer at 16730 Jeffrey Avenue. <br />APPROVE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW FOR PW WORKER MIKE LOEFFLER <br />Mike Loeffler was hired by the City on August 5, 2002 as one of the City's new public works workers. <br />Over the past five years, Mike has worked hard and demonstrated an excellent work ethic providing a <br />wide variety of duties in the public works department, including a primary focus as the City's grader <br />operator. Mike's attention to detail and pride in his work is reflected as the City regularly receives <br />compliments from residents regarding the conditions of the gravel roads. Mike is an excellent <br />communicator, who has a good sense of humor in working with residents throughout the City. Adoption <br />of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for public works worker Mike Loeffler. <br />
