FUTURE BUILDINGS SHALL NOT BE HIGHER THAN 30 FT <br />AS OUTLINED IN NEAL NORDLING'S LETTER TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION DATED <br />JULY 26, 2007. <br />VOTING AYE: Granger, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />SCHEDULE VOLUNTEER COMMISSION AND CITY STAFF POTLUCK APPRECIATION <br />PICNIC <br />Each year, the City holds its annual volunteer appreciation holiday gathering at the Hugo American <br />Legion. For the past several years, City staff has discussed with Council the idea to hold another event <br />in summer to allow family members to attend, and schedule a potluck event for a family -friendly <br />gathering. Mayor Fran Miron has volunteered his family farm at which to hold the annual City <br />commissions, City staff, and volunteer appreciation picnic. City staff requested direction from Council <br />as to the scheduling of a volunteer appreciation picnic at the Miron family farm on Homestead Avenue. <br />Miron made motion, Granger seconded, directing staff to poll City staff and commissions to determine a <br />date and time to schedule the picnic. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />WBL SCHOOL LEVY PICNIC ON SEPTEMBER 11.2007 AT 5:00 PM AT THE LIONS PARK <br />The WBL school district has scheduled a City of Hugo family picnic on Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at <br />
