City Council meeting of November 5, 2007 <br />Page 8 <br />Schoenecker outlined the goals of the study at a recent City Council meeting, which include <br />identification of improvements to the existing corridors, as well as an analysis of potential realignment <br />options. The County is hosting an open house to gather input from those adjacent to the corridors on <br />November 13, 2007, between 4 pm and 7 pm at Withrow Elementary School. The public is invited to <br />attend. No formal Council action was taken. <br />I-35/CSAR 14 INTERCHANGE OPEN HOUSE AT EAGLE BROOK CHURCH ON TUESDAY, <br />NOVEMBER 13.2007 <br />The Anoka County Engineers' Department announced an open house to be held on Tuesday, November <br />13, 2007 at 7:00 pm, at Eagle Brook church in Lino Lakes to present the I-35/CSAR 14 interchange <br />project. The public is invited to attend. No formal Council action was taken. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION — LITIGATION REGARDING WAGNER CONDEMNATION <br />Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to recess the regular meeting and go into executive session. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />RETURN TO REGULAR SESSION <br />City Attorney Dave Snyder summarized the discussion held in the executive session regarding the <br />Wagner condemnation. <br />Granger made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the Settlement Agreement with Scott Wagner and <br />Wagner's, as outlined by the City Attorney, subject to his final review. <br />All aye.
