City Council meeting of April 17, 2006 <br />Page 6 <br />Granger made motion, Petryk seconded, directing staff to hold a meeting with affected property owners <br />to determine their interest in the project and report back to Council with a recommendation. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Granger made motion, Petryk seconded, to accept staff s recommendation that the Bald Eagle Lake <br />outlet is a project with its own merits and will be handled separately from the 129' Street improvement <br />project. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />DISCUSSION ON REPAIRS TO 165TH STREET <br />Council member Frank Puleo questioned when repairs would be made to 165'" Street where the <br />Hardwood Creek culvert was installed. City Administrator Mike Ericson informed Councilman Puleo <br />and Council that the repairs were planned and are on the City's spring schedule. <br />AMM ANNUAL MEETING. THURSDAY, MAY 18.2006 AND I-35 W/E COALITION <br />MEETING <br />The next I-35 WE Coalition meeting has rescheduled for Thursday, May 18, 2006 at Hugo City Hall. <br />City staff has been informed by the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities (AMM) that its annual <br />meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, May 18, 2006, as well. <br />Haas made motion, Granger seconded, to reschedule the May 18, 2006 I-35 WE Coalition meeting to <br />June 15, 2006, Hugo City Hall, at 6:30 pm. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />LEGISLATIVE UPDATE <br />City Administrator Mike Ericson presented Council with a brief legislative update on a few of the "hot" <br />topics at the Minnesota State Legislature, including eminent domain and the MVST constitutional <br />amendment issue. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Haas made motion, Granger seconded, to adjourn at 9:50 am. <br />All aye.
