Motion Carried. <br />SCHEDULE WORKSHOP FOR REVIEW OF PROPOSED STORM WATER UTILITY FEE <br />Included in the Council's 2006 focus goals was the scheduling of a Council workshop to review storm <br />water utility fees. Because of the absence of several Council members: <br />Puleo made motion, Granger seconded, to table this matter until the Council meeting of May 15, 2006. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />REPORT ON APRIL 20, 2006 JD2 BLUE RIBBON TASK FORCE MEETING <br />On April 20, 2006, the City hosted the third meeting of the JD2 Blue Ribbon Task Force. Council <br />members Mike Granger and Frank Puleo and City Administrator Mike Ericson attended. Council <br />member Puleo provided Council with an update on the meeting, but he could not make any kind of <br />recommendation at this time. No formal Council action was taken. <br />MAY 8, 2006 LISTENING SESSION ON RURAL & OPEN SPACE PRESERVATION <br />ORDINANCE <br />City Administrator Mike Ericson reminded Council and residents of the public meeting scheduled for <br />Monday, May 8, 2006, in the Oneka Room to discuss the current rural and open space preservation <br />ordinance. <br />APRIL 30, 2006 HUGO KIDZ `N BIZ FEST <br />City Administrator Mike Ericson report to Council as to the activities that took place at the 2"d annual <br />Kidz `n Biz Fest held April 30, 2006 at the Hugo American Legion. There were 300 children in <br />attendance, and a good time was had by all! <br />Mayor Fran Miron arrived at 9:10 pm. <br />APPROVE PRELIMINARY PLAT AND CUP FOR ENCHANTED WATERS <br />Stoney River Development requested approval of a rural preservation program preliminary plat and <br />conditional use permit for Enchanted Waters consisting of 12 single family homes on approximately 40 <br />acres of property to the north and south of 132nd Street and generally east of Goodview Avenue. The <br />Planning Commission reviewed this item at their April 27, 2006 meeting and recommended approval of <br />the development with 10 lots, with a 4-3 vote. City Planner Kendra Lindahl provided Council with a <br />PowerPoint presentation outlining details of the development and density bonuses. Several residents <br />were present and requested a delay of Council action on the application until after the May 8, 2006 <br />"listening session". Council has until May 16, 2006 to act on the application or obtain an extension from <br />the applicant. <br />
