POA -Scherer, LLC applied for a PUD amendment and a preliminary plat to be known as Victor <br />Gardens 5a' Addition to consist of seven townhome units, a lot for the existing pool and community center, <br />and an outlot to be known as Outlot A. This portion of the Victor Gardens PUD was conceptually planned <br />for neighborhood commercial/intuitional uses. The applicant is now requesting approval of residential uses <br />on this site. The Planning Commission considered this application at their April 271h 2006 meeting and <br />unanimously voted to recommend approval of the application subject to the conditions in the resolution. CD <br />Director Bear provided Council with a background of the application; Len Pratt stated that communication <br />among all parties helped resolve issues regarding the application. <br />Granger made motion, Petryk seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 2006-27 APPROVING A PUD <br />AMENDMENT FOR VICTOR GOARDENS 5TH ADDITION. <br />VOTING AYE: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />Granger made motion, Petryk seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 2006-28 APPROVING <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR VICTOR GARDENS 5TH ADDITION. <br />VOTING AYE: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />VACATION OF DRAINAGE/UTILITY EASEMENT FOR VICTOR GARDENS 5" ADDITION <br />City staff scheduled a public hearing for 7:00 pm on May 15, 2006 in order to allow Council the oppor- <br />tunity to consider the vacation of a drainage and utility easement for Victor Gardens 5th Addition. The <br />public hearing is an opportunity to consider the final vacation the drainage and utility easement consis- <br />tent with those approved by Council in the past years. Mayor Fran Miron opened the public hearing with <br />no oral or written comments submitted. <br />Puleo made motion, Granger seconded, to approve vacation of the drainage and utility easement for Vic- <br />tor Gardens 51e Addition. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />SCHEDULE WORKSHOP FOR DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED STORM WATER UTILITY <br />FEE <br />At its May 1, 2006 meeting, Council tabled scheduling of a workshop due to the absence of two Council <br />members. City staff recommended Council schedule a workshop for discussion of the proposed storm <br />water utility fee, as listed in the City's 2006 City Focus Goals. <br />Granger made motion, Haas seconded, to schedule a workshop for Monday, June 5, 2006, 9:30 am, for <br />discussion of a proposed storm water utility fee. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
