CD Director Bryan Bear provided Council with the
issues related to the expansion of a non -conforming use, as well as four options available to Council.
Puleo made motion, Granger seconded, authorizing staff to proceed with revision of the zoning
ordinance to allow for expansion of nonconforming uses, and continue to work with Mr. Burr to help
him analyze and develop a plan for an addition to his building.
All aye.
