MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF FEBRUARY 22.2005 <br />Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:15 pm. <br />PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />City Administrator Mike Ericson; CD Director Bryan Bear; City Attorney Dave Snyder; City Engineer <br />Jay Kennedy; City Planner Kendra Lindahl; and City Clerk Mary Ann Creager <br />CITY COUNCIL BOARD OF REVIEW TRAINING ON FEBRUARY 4.2005 <br />Puleo made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the minutes from the Board of Review training session <br />held at Washington County on February 4, 2005. <br />All 'aye. Motion Carried. <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF FEBRUARY 7.2005 <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the minutes for the February 7, 2005 meeting as <br />presented. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />G.2 — a revised PUD resolution was provided to Council. <br />H.3 — removed from agenda <br />Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the agenda for February 22, 2005 as amended. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br />Approval of Claims <br />Approve Recommendation from Parks Commission for Playground Equipment from MN/WI <br />Approve Final Pay Request #10 from Parkos for Work Completed on the Public Works Facility <br />Approve Lawful Gambling Permit from Centerville Lions for Cadillac Dinner at the Hugo <br />American Legion <br />Approve Renewal for Optional Liquor 2 AM Closing (Ricci's) <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the claims roster for February 22, 2005 as presented. <br />
