Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the revised <br />TIF and development agreement for Northrop Development. <br />APPROVE VARIANCE REQUEST FOR SEPTIC SYSTEM AND HOME AT 4510129TH ST <br />(DAVE PEPIN) <br />Dave Pepin, homeowner at 4510 129" Street North, is proposing to remodel his home. Washington <br />County determined that the existing septic system on the site is likely to fail and a new system must be <br />installed. Because of ground water and soil conditions, it is not possible to install an in -ground system. <br />The best situation for this property would be eventual connection to municipal sanitary sewer. Mr. <br />Pepin has requested a variance to allow for the installation of a temporary holding tank, until sewer is <br />available, and Washington County supports this request. The Board of Appeals and Adjustments <br />considered this application at a public hearing on March 24, 2005. There were no speakers at the public <br />hearing, and the Board voted 3 to 0 to recommend approval of the variance, subject to the conditions <br />outlined in the resolution. Adoption of the Consent Agenda adopted Resolution 2005-15 approving a <br />variance request for septic system and home at 4510 129h Street. <br />APPROVE AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR A DECK AT 5725157TH ST. <br />Clear Dayland, 5725 157h Street North, requested an encroachment agreement to locate a 16' X 16' <br />deck within the drainage and utility easement on Lot 10, Block 8, Creekview Preserve. The deck would <br />be located off the upper level of the home and only the footings would be located within the easement. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved an encroachment agreement for Clear Dayland at 5725 157h <br />St. North to construct a deck with a drainage and utility easement. <br />APPROVE AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR DECK AT 15915 FINLEY AVE. NO. <br />Francis Dreawves, 15915 Finley Avenue North, requested an encroachment agreement to locate an <br />11'6" X 13'8" deck within the drainage and utility easement on Lot 15, Block 1, Creekview Preserve <br />2nd Addition. The deck would be located off the upper level of the home and only the footings would <br />be located within the easement. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved an encroachment <br />agreement for Francis Dreawves at 15915 Finley Avenue North to construct a deck within a drainage <br />and utility easement. <br />APPROVE CHARITABLE GAMBLING PERMIT FOR WBL DUCKS UNLIMITED <br />WBL Ducks Unlimited made application to conduct a one -day raffle at the Hugo American Legion on <br />April 26, 2005.
