Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the claims roster for August 1, 2005 as presented. <br />APPROVE REQUEST FOR SPEED STUDY ON ONEKA LAKE BLVD. <br />On July 20, 2005, Council member Frank Puleo, along with PW Director Chris Petree and City <br />Administrator Mike Ericson, met with Tony Bronk, a resident living in the Sweet Grass Meadows <br />neighborhood. Tony and his neighbors had a concern regarding the speed limit on Oneka Lake <br />Boulevard, west of their neighborhood. Council member Puleo agreed to recommend to Council that a <br />speed study be conducted on Oneka Lake Boulevard to insure proper speed limits. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda adopted Resolution 200541 requesting that MnDOT complete a speed on Oneka Lake <br />Boulevard, on the stretch of road west of Goodview Avenue and the Sweet Grass Meadows <br />neighborhood. <br />APPROVE 2005 AUTO DISMANTLING LICENSE FOR HUGO AUTO PARTS <br />Each year, code enforcement officer John Benson, along with City staff, makes an inspection of Hugo <br />Auto Parts and its business as an auto dismantling company. City staff completed the site inspection <br />visit and found the property to be in compliance with the license and requirements of the Washington <br />County Health Department. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the 2005 Auto Dismantling <br />License for Hugo Auto Parts. <br />APPROVE VARIANCE SETBACK OF PORCH AT 13540 FIONA AVE NORTH (FALK) <br />Jason and April Falk, 13540 Fiona Avenue North, have applied for a variance for a front yard setback for <br />construction of an 8' X 14' deck and a 21' X 14' porch addition on their home.
