The <br />Board of Zoning Appeals considered this application at its meeting on July 14, 2005 and unanimously <br />recommended approval. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the variance for 13540 Fiona Avenue <br />North. <br />APPROVE FINAL ACCEPTANCE <br />Contractor Property Developers Company, developer, has requested the City accept the constructed public <br />improvements for the Victor Garden 3'd addition. Acceptance of the improvements would begin a 1 -year <br />warranty period. At the end of one year, the project would be considered complete and maintenance <br />activities would become the responsibility of the City. The developer has also requested of the City a <br />reduction to their Letter of Credit being held for the public and private improvements to the minimum of <br />10% of the original amount. The City would continue to hold a Letter of Credit in the amount equal to 10% <br />of the cost of the improvements, or $35,100 (private improvements) and $29,900 (public improvements) <br />during the one year warranty period. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved final acceptance of the <br />public improvements and reduction in the letter of credit for Victor Gardens P Addition. <br />APPROVE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW FOR MIKE LOEFFLER <br />Mike Loeffler was hired by the City on August 5, 2002 as one of the new public works maintenance <br />employees. Over the past three years, Mike has worked in his position contributing to the department in a <br />variety of areas; most specifically, as the department's road grader operator. Mike is a valued and trusted <br />member of the department and has a high standard of performance in his duties. Adoption of the Consent <br />Agenda approved the annual performance review for Mike Loeffler. <br />APPROVE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW FOR ROB WELDON <br />Rob Weldon was hired by the City on August 5, 2002 as one of the new public works maintenance <br />employees. Over the past three years, Rob has worked in his position contributing to the department in a <br />variety of areas. Rob is a valued and trusted member of the department and has a high standard of <br />performance in his duties. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for <br />Rob Weldon. <br />APPROVE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW FOR SCOTT ANDERSON <br />Scott Anderson was hired by the City on August 11, 2003 as the new senior engineering technician. <br />Over the past two years, Scott has worked hard to establish an in-house engineering department, where <br />he reviews plans and coordinates in -the -field engineering inspection services. Scott is dependable, <br />conscientious, and well organized in this most important position in providing day-to-day engineering <br />services, as well as one-stop shopping for LGU and Wetland Conservation Act services. Scott is a <br />valued member of the City Hall team, whose commitment to the City is evidenced in the excellent <br />quality of his work. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Scott <br />Anderson. <br />
