Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the claims roster for August 16, 2004 as presented. <br />APPROVE PAY REQUEST #3 FROM PARKOS CONSTRUCTION FOR WORK <br />COMPLETED ON THE NEW PW FACILITY <br />Parkos Construction submitted pay request #3 for work completed to date on the new public works <br />facility. City architect Bob Russek from ESG Architects has reviewed the pay request and found it to be <br />consistent with work completed to date on the project. PW Director Chris Petree has reviewed it and <br />concurs. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved pay request #3 in the amount of $286,681.50 to <br />Parkos Construction for completed on the public works facility. <br />APPROVE TEMPORARY ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE (ST. JOHN'S CHURCH) <br />St. John the Baptist Church made application to the City for a temporary on -sale liquor license to sell 3.2 <br />beer at its annual chicken dinner on August 28-29, 2004. City staff has reviewed the application, which <br />includes the necessary liquor liability insurance documentation. Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br />approved the temporary on -sale liquor license for St. John's Church to sell 3.2 beer at its annual chicken <br />dinner in August 2004. <br />APPROVE SITE PLAN FOR AN ADDITION IN THE PELOOUIN INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />(MATT BENSON) <br />Matt Benson requested approval of a site plan to allow a 3,022 -square foot addition onto the existing <br />
