MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 18, 2004 <br />Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br />PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />CD Director Bryan Bear; City Attorney Dave Snyder; City Engineer Jay Kennedy; City Planner Kendra <br />Lindahl; PW Director Chris Petree; and City Clerk Mary Ann Creager <br />APPROVE MINUTES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 4, 2004 <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the minutes for the October 4, 2004 meeting as <br />presented. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />APPROVE MINUTES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 8, 2004 <br />(ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR PELOOUIN INDUSTRIAL PARI) <br />Puleo made motion, Granger seconded, to approve the minutes for the October 8, 2004 meeting at 9:00 <br />am, regarding the Peloquin Industrial Park Assessment Roll as presented. <br />VOTING AYE: Granger, Haas, Puleo, Miron <br />ABSTAINED: Petryk <br />Motion Carried. <br />APPROVE MINUTES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 8, 2004 (JOINT <br />MEETING WITH THE RCWD BOARD OF MANAGERS) <br />Granger made motion, Puleo seconded, to approve the minutes for the October 8, 2004 meeting at noon <br />with the RCWD Board of Managers as presented. <br />VOTING AYE: Granger, Haas, Puleo, Miron <br />ABSTAINED: Petryk <br />Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the agenda for October 18, 2004 as presented. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MCES PROPOSAL FOR STORAGE TANKS (TOM WEAVER MET COUNCIL) <br />At its October 4, 2004 meeting, City staff updated Council regarding MCES officials' efforts to explore <br />alternative sites for location of the sanitary sewer storage basins on land inside the BEIP and nearby City <br />parkland. Along with Mayor Fran Miron, City staff held a meeting on October 7, 2004 with members of <br />the MN Builders Association to discuss the issues, which have dramatic impacts on immediate and <br />future home building schedules. MCES officials attended the October 13, 2004 Parks Commission <br />meeting, at which concept plans for the location of the storage tanks in the City's Creekview Preserve <br />
