Motion Carried. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the claims roster for July 7, 2003 as presented. APPROVAL OF FINDINGS OF FACT FOR MUSA LINE ADJUSTMENT At its June 16, 2003 meeting, the Council considered a MUSA line adjustment for property located generally around the intersection of TH61 and 16516 Street. This property had been omitted in Council's adoption of the 1999 zoning map, and subsequent to the City's comprehensive plan being adopted by the Met Council in December 2002, staff brought this issue forth to the Planning Commission at its June 12, 2003 meeting where it was approved unanimously. Council directed staff to prepare the Findings of Fact for this MUSA line adjustment. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Findings of Fact (Resolution 2003-36) for the MUSA line adjustment and further directed staff to submit this adjustment to the Metropolitan Council for approval. APPROVE SITE PLAN AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR RINK -TEC IN BEIP 5m ADDITION Rink -Tec Arena Specialists requested site plan approval to construct a 5,900 square foot building on Lot 3, Block 1, BEIP 516 Addition. On June 26, 2003, the Planning Commission reviewed the site plan and recommended approval by a unanimous vote. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the site plan and purchase agreement with Rink -Tec. Grant Barrette requested site plan approval to construct a 3,000 square foot office, maintenance and warehouse facility on Lot 6, Block 1, BEIP 516 Addition. On June 26, 2003, the Planning Commission reviewed the site plan and recommended approval by a unanimous vote. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the site plan and purchase agreement with Grant Barrette.
